TESSERA GRC is the global research arm of Scala Carta Foundation, a registered foundation headquartered in the United States. Where most adherence research relies on self-report bias or proxy endpoints, TESSERA members collect structured MAP data through a clinician-administered protocol that takes under three minutes at the point of care. That data feeds a normative global database, enabling cross-country benchmarking that has never been possible before.
Membership is tiered to serve every stakeholder: universities running validation studies, clinics measuring patient populations, individual researchers building their evidence base, graduate students earning their first publication credit, and industry partners seeking real-world adherence data for regulatory submissions.
